This could be a Radko, however, if it is the tag is missing and it does not say RADKO on the top. The cap however, minus the RADKO, is the style they usually use. The only reason I think it might be as it came from a CR collector. I did find one identical on line that did say it was CR, but it had the metal charm still on it.
