This unique handmade figurine features a primitive folk art style with a patriotic theme. The piece depicts Santa Claus in a spun cotton robe with a beaded belt . Santa has a hand painted paper mache face. His spun cotton hat is trimmeed with metallic wired garland. Santa has a white cotton curly beard. His is holding a fabric flag and Christmas garland. It was created in the United States in 1987 and signed by the artist S Siek. Santa measures 10 1/2" This is a primitive folk art so looks more used than it is! The only issue with it is you have to stand it against a back or wall, for it to stand up. It can not do it by its own or you could use a doll stand.
